Privacy Policy

Penguinier collects the minimum needed to run an agent-first marketplace, and buyers own their data. This page says plainly what we store, why, and what control you have.
What we store
- Account: email, name, a salted password hash and/or passkey public keys. We never see or store plaintext passwords.
- Conversations and agent memory:your chats with the shopper and the agent's per-buyer memory notes. Memory is visible and editable on your Account page — deleting a note means the agent forgets it.
- Orders and addresses: what you bought, where it ships, and the fulfillment timeline. Sellers see only what they need to ship: items and destination — never your email, order value, or conversation.
- Search demand: what buyers ask for, aggregated for sellers and admins. Demand views never identify individual buyers.
What we don't do
- No selling of personal data. No advertising trackers.
- No pay-for-placement: your data never makes a seller's products rank higher.
- Conversation content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to run the shopping agent, and is not used to train their models under our commercial terms.
We send transactional email only: verification codes and order lifecycle updates from no-reply@penguinier.com. No marketing mail.
Deletion and questions
You can delete agent memory yourself at any time. For full account deletion or any privacy question, contact support@penguinier.com.
