Seller Agreement
Last updated August 18, 2026
Selling on Penguinier means clearing a real quality bar and keeping real promises. In exchange, the shopping agent argues for your work from evidence, and you see demand signals no other channel gives you.
The quality bar
- Every listing is scored against our quality rubric (materials, construction, durability, value, sourcing transparency) and needs 70 of 100 to enter the catalog. A human admin reviews every submission — AI-assisted drafts carry provenance, and unverified claims are treated as unverified.
- Listing metadata must be true. Invented specs, inflated benchmarks, or laundered provenance end the relationship.
Fulfillment
- You commit to a ship window per product. We measure it against real order timestamps and show buyers your on-time record.
- Repeated missed commitments hide your catalog; suspension hides it everywhere, immediately, including API access.
Placement
The agent recommends by verified quality and fit. Placement is never for sale, and buyer demand data shown to you is aggregated — you never see individual buyer identities.
Tools
The seller portal, Seller Copilot, MCP API, and CLI all pass through the same gates. API keys are per-seller, revocable, and die with suspension.
Payments
Payout onboarding, platform fees, and tax reporting will be operated through our payment processor; the fee schedule in force is shown before you accept orders and is stamped on each order it applies to.
